How BoloBot handles your data.

Last updated May 19, 2026. This policy explains what BoloBot collects, how it is used, and how connected Google data is handled.

What BoloBot collects

Account details you provide, including name, email address, Telegram user ID, and Command Center login identity.
Messages, files, prompts, drafts, tasks, preferences, contacts, and other content you send to BoloBot or save in the Command Center.
Google account data you authorize, such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Docs content needed to complete the workflows you request.
Private access and usage metadata. Payments are disabled while this is a family-only workspace.
Usage metadata, including commands used, quota counts, timestamps, error logs, and service diagnostics.

To operate the Telegram bot, Command Center, Google Workspace integrations, task workflows, memory, email approval, support, and abuse prevention.
To draft or send emails, manage calendar events, search or read Drive files, create Docs, and run other actions only when requested by the user or an authorized workflow.
To enforce private access and usage limits, provide owner/admin support, and improve reliability.

Google OAuth access is scoped to the connected Telegram user. One user's Google tokens are not shared with other users.
BoloBot does not sell Google user data and does not use Google Workspace data for advertising.
Google Workspace data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request, such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Docs workflows.
You can disconnect Google access at any time with /disconnect in Telegram.

BoloBot uses service providers such as Telegram, Google, hosting providers, database providers, and AI model providers to operate the product.
Data is shared with those providers only as needed to provide the service, secure the system, or comply with law.

BoloBot keeps account, usage, memory, task, and workflow data while your account is active or as needed for operations, legal, or security purposes.
You can request deletion or correction of account data. Some operational logs may be retained where required.
You can clear conversation history in Telegram with /clear and disconnect Google with /disconnect.
