Terms of Service

Terms for using BoloBot.

Last updated May 19, 2026. These terms govern use of BoloBot, the Command Center, Google Workspace integrations, and related private features.

Access and accounts

  • BoloBot is provided through Telegram, the Bolo Command Center, Google Workspace integrations, and related services.
  • You are responsible for the Telegram, Google, and Command Center accounts you connect to BoloBot.
  • BoloBot may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Private access

  • Access is allowlisted for BoloBot friends and family.
  • Access may be modified, revoked, or limited at any time for security, privacy, or operational reasons.
  • Usage limits may be applied to protect API credits and system reliability.

User content and connected services

  • You authorize BoloBot to process prompts, messages, files, tasks, drafts, memory, and connected Google Workspace data as needed to provide requested workflows.
  • You should review important outputs before relying on them. Email sending uses an approval workflow where available, but you remain responsible for content sent from your accounts.
  • You can revoke Google access with /disconnect in Telegram or through your Google account permissions.

No professional advice

  • BoloBot may help with research, summaries, investment workflows, scheduling, and drafting, but outputs are not financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
  • You are responsible for independent review, judgment, compliance obligations, investment decisions, and communications sent through your accounts.

Availability and limits

  • BoloBot may be unavailable, rate-limited, inaccurate, delayed, or interrupted because of infrastructure, Telegram, Google, AI providers, or other third-party systems.
  • BoloBot is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law.
